Mainland China

• Access, copy, correct, or supplement personal information
• Delete in applicable cases, withdraw consent, or restrict processing
• Request an explanation, close an account, and exercise other rights provided by law

EEA, UK, and similar regions

• Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and portability
• Object to legitimate-interest or direct-marketing processing
• Withdraw consent and complain to a competent data protection authority

Certain U.S. states, including California

• Know, access, correct, and delete covered information
• Opt out of sale or sharing and limit certain sensitive-information uses
• Use an authorized agent where permitted and receive non-discriminatory service

Submit a request

• Use the account center or email support@foodiy.net
• State the request type, region, and primary account email
• Complete proportionate identity verification without sending passwords or recovery codes
• We respond within the period required by applicable law and explain any permitted extension

Appeals and complaints

If a request is denied, use the review or appeal method in the response or contact the competent regulator. Requests may be limited when identity cannot be verified or another person's privacy would be exposed.
